The Rockingham Harrisonburg SPCA is made up of a team of dedicated staff members that carry out pet adoption services for the shelter. They provide care and treatment to local pets in need and facilitate lifesaving services for our community. Additionally, a keen board of directors are committed to overseeing the RHSPCA’s finances, strategic plan, services, events, and more to maximize our impact.
